Egyptian cotton bedding set can be machine washed and the temperature of the water used will depend on the color of the bedding. It can be spot cleaned also to eliminate a stain. Always use the gentle machine wash cycle to prevent damage to the sheets or comforters. If you have a dark color set then use warmer water and for lighter colors use cold water to wash it.

If You Want To Hand Wash

If you are washing your Egyptian cotton bedding by hand then you should fill your bathtub with water that is warm. Use mild laundry detergent to clean the material. If you do want to iron it, use the lowest setting to prevent it from being burned. Iron the bedding using an ironing board just like you would for clothes. Because of the weight, it is best to prop the un-ironed portion on something to prevent it from sliding off the ironing board.
